A fee of 1,000 yen per request for notification of purpose of use or disclosure of personal information or records of provision to a third party will be charged.

  1. Corrections, additions and deletions

You may request the Company to correct, add, or delete personal information in accordance with the procedures stipulated in Item 4 of this Article. In such a case, upon confirming the identity of the customer, we will promptly conduct an investigation to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and based on the results, correct, add, or delete the relevant personal information to the extent permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law.

  1. Suspension of Use or Suspension of Provision to Third Parties

You may request us to stop using your personal information or stop providing your personal information to third parties in accordance with the procedures set forth in Item 4 of this Article. In such cases, the Company will respond appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law.
